Hi, My name is Bruce. I am a certified exercise physiologist. I have over 33+ years of experience having competed in many bodybuilding competition.
About Me
I have dedicated my entire career and adult life to the fitness industry. From training young athletes to working with adults helping them regain their strength. I’ve come a long way.
Having my foot in each field has put me in the unique position to understand how to create effective training that build strength and confidence AND are orthopedically safe.
Over the past decade, I have developed my specialization in the adult fitness and helping them rebuild themselves.
All of this experience and education has made me re-imagine fitness. I aim to help my clients realize that training can be such an incredible way to fall in love with movement and realize what our bodies can achieve.

My Story
The Early Years
My training journey began when I was 12. I was bullied at school, yep that’s true, and it was a tough time for me. My older sister, a competitive bodybuilder, became my savior. She used to take me to the gym with her, introducing me to the world of weight training. Although she says that I hated it, but I don't remember saying that.
High School to College
By the time I was 16, I was all into fitness. I loved the bodybuilding magazines and always dreamt of a career in health and fitness, so i went for a degree in it. Landed my first job as a trainer at the YMCA. I was also training as a bodybuilder, competed in my first show at 22. Did a lot of competitions after that.
The Turning Point
I was interested in going to medical school to become a cardiologist. However, I chose to stay in the fitness industry, realizing my true passion was helping others achieve their health goals through exercise.
Building My Career
I started working for Equinox as a training manager while running my own in-home training business at Athletes-Etc. While working with young athletes, I noticed their parents often struggled with health issues, some were not in shape, but always wanted to start training. So I started training the athletes as well as their parents. That’s kind of how I got myself into adult fitness.
Going All In Senior Fitness
Over the years, I transitioned into more adult fitness. Now Post-Covid, I started shifting towards online training because that’s how it was during the pandemic.
That’s kind of how my story goes on, from being bullied as a 12-year old to becoming an expert in fitness. I have come a long way. Now I think that this bullying could have turned me into a bully as well, and I wouldn’t be here where I am right now. But I embraced it and understood what it did to me and used it motivate myself.
